Individual counselling is a space where you can explore your experiences, emotions, and hopes without judgment.

I offer compassionate therapy in Edinburgh and online for individuals seeking support with anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or simply the desire for a deeper understanding of themselves.

During therapy we can review our progress and when you decide it is time to stop the sessions, we will end in a way that feels supportive and appropriate for you.
