I offer compassionate therapy in Edinburgh and online. This service is for individuals seeking support with anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, or relationship challenges. It is also for those desiring a deeper understanding of themselves.

You may come with specific goals in mind or not be sure of what you want to work on. We can explore what’s going on for you and find a way forward, at your pace. During therapy, we can review our progress. When you decide it is time to stop the sessions, we will end supportively. We will ensure the ending feels appropriate for you.
