I have a large, welcoming counselling and therapy room available to rent, just a short walk from Haymarket Station in central Edinburgh.
The space is ideal for individual counselling, coaching, couples therapy, family therapy, group supervision, or small workshops. Room accommodates 8 people comfortably, (more on request).
About the Room
The room has a homely feel with soft lighting and warm colours. It has a desk positioned by the window—ideal for online therapy sessions as well as in-person work. It’s quiet, private, and feels like a wee sanctuary away from the busyness of the city. The room is located in a beautiful Georgian townhouse. It is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. It provides a calm, professional setting for all kinds of talking therapy.

- Receptionist (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) to greet clients and direct them to a comfortable waiting area

Availability & Rent
- Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays – full or half day
- Wednesday and Thursday evenings
- Full day (8am–8pm): £200 pcm
- Half day (8am–1pm or 1:30pm–8pm): £120 pcm
- Hourly rate: £20
Rent is payable monthly, so effectively 4 ‘holiday’ weeks built into the year.
