I have a large, welcoming counselling and therapy room available to rent, just a short walk from Haymarket Station in central Edinburgh.
The space is ideal for individual counselling, coaching, and couples therapy, and can also accommodate family sessions, group supervision, or small workshops for up to 7 people (more on request)
About the Room
The room has a homely feel with soft lighting and warm colours. It has a desk positioned by the window—ideal for online therapy sessions as well as in-person work. It’s quiet, private, and feels like a wee sanctuary away from the busyness of the city. The room is located in a beautiful Georgian townhouse. It is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. It provides a calm, professional setting for all kinds of talking therapy.

Availability & Rent
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays – full or half day
- Full day (8am–8pm): £180 pcm
- Half day (8am–1pm or 1:30pm–8pm): £100 pcm
- Hourly rate: £10 (booked in 3-hour blocks)
Rent is payable monthly, with 4 ‘holiday’ weeks built into the year.
